Seeking Novel Assets and Targets in Oncology

A mid-size biopharmaceutical company is seeking novel therapeutic assets and drug targets in oncology. Neuro-oncology and gastric cancer are of highest priority, although all cancer types are welcome. 

Approaches of Interest:

• Novel, druggable targets supported by a strong biological rationale
• Therapeutics for solid tumors and hematological cancers
• Open to modalities such as small molecules, antibodies, bispecifics, and ADCs

Out of Scope:

• Vaccines and cell therapies 
• Multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitors 
• Drug repurposing 
• Diagnostics, biomarkers, companion diagnostics, and drug delivery approaches 
• Immunotherapies such as checkpoint inhibitors 

Developmental Stages of Interest:

• Opportunities ranging from preclinical research through to late‑stage clinical development are within scope 
• In vivo validation (e.g. tumor models) is preferred, although highly novel targets with in vitro data will be considered
