Seeking Manufacturers Specializing in Pre-fillable Syringes (PFS) and Autoinjectors

A global health company is seeking manufacturers that specialize in advanced drug delivery systems, specifically, pre-fillable syringes (PFS) and autoinjectors. The team is searching for solutions that enhance safety, improve medication adherence and compliance, and streamline the drug administration process across a wide range of therapeutic areas. 

Approaches of Interest:

• Autoinjectors and pre-fillable syringes of all specifications are of interest (e.g. needle size, dose volume, etc.) 
• All syringe materials are of interest (e.g. glass, polymers, etc.) 
• The solutions and manufacturers should meet the strictest global regulatory and highest production standards 

Out of Scope:

• Companies/solutions for only filling pre-made syringes or autoinjectors (without manufacturing capability). Manufacture and filling in one company/process is within scope. 

Developmental Stages of Interest:

• Solutions with current manufacturing capability at scale are of interest 
• Novel developments/proof of concepts which show promise as future solutions in syringes/autoinfection are also of interest, but not prioritised in this campaign 

Submission Information

Submission of 200–300-word briefs is encouraged, including a description of the company and manufacturing capabilities. Supplementary information e.g. company websites, relevant publications or slide decks can be provided as attachments. 

This campaign is primarily open to submissions from companies, including CMOs, with expertise and manufacturing capabilities in this field. Submissions from spinouts and start-ups/SMEs with relevant capabilities or novel developments in this area may also be considered. In submitting to this campaign, you confirm that your submission contains only non-confidential information.
