Seeking Novel Drug Delivery System Technology and New Treatment Modalities

Takeda Pharmaceutical are launching an open innovation initiative, inviting researchers to submit their ideas and technologies across five different focus areas, up to £60k / €70k / $100k (AUD). Summarised below are the interests of Takeda relating to Novel Drug Delivery System Technology and New Treatment Modalities. In the attached application form, each of these sub‑topics have been expanded upon to give further detail of proposals that would be within scope.

Submissions should be relevant to one or more of the following titles: 

• REF #19 Chemistry-driven novel methods or ideas to bring breakthrough into CNS drug discovery
• REF #20 Chemistry-driven novel technologies, methods or ideas to solve issues on drug discovery with new modalities
• REF #21 Chemistry-driven novel technologies, methods or ideas to improve and/or accelerate drug discovery process
• REF #22 Capsids with defined tissue tropisms (e.g. skeletal muscle) or capsids with reduced immunogenicity
• REF #23 Development of novel delivery technology for gene therapies

Global Eligibility: 

Only submissions from Europe and Australia will be eligible for this campaign.
